Medical Receptionist
Hours: Full-Time/40 Hours
Shift Details: Days, 1st shift

Middlesex Health Primary Care is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. The Receptionist is the central point of communication among patients, providers, members of the health care team and client companies. This position provides a superior level of service excellence to patients, providers and staff in a caring and supportive manner.
Responsibilities:
Greets patients in a professional and welcoming manner in person and on the phone.
Registers patients, enters data, schedules appointments and processes other medical record requests utilizing EPIC electronic medical record system.
Performs other tasks such as: data entry, administrative and reception functions as delegated by the Manager.
Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Basic office skills such as typing and filing
Intermediate computer literacy
Experience working in customer service
Administrative experience in a medical office preferred
Experience working with an electronic medical record preferred
